WHY EATING LESS IS MAKING YOU FAT SCENARIO A: EAT LESS CHUCK

Eat less chuck has the belief that eating less will mean losing more weight. So he eats 3 salads in his day.
Eat Less Chuck thinks he’s done well so he rewards himself with a nice meal at Mega Chicken. “It’s only one meal Chuck tells himself.” He enjoys his meal not realising it is 1600 calories. Ontop of that he put oli zive oil over his salads as he doesn’t like the tastes of so many salads. His total daily calorie intake is 2000 calories, not to mention he had a couple chocolate bars at night since he was craving them.

SCENARIO B: EAT WELL MAXIMUS

Maximus is named after a Roman Gladiator so he knows his shit. Maximus knows he needs to eat WELL because he has to slay some dudes who took his bench and then go home and tend to his wife and child Promixogainus. Maximus eats well all day with high protein meals and tasty nutritious whole foods sourced from Germania. He has energy to train and trains harder burning more calories and doesn’t feel like chocolate bars cause his food tastes as good as Viking blood. Maximus feels like a real gladiator and is happier and more satisfied thus tending to his wife well and sleeps like a king. He wakes up looking like the Son of Zeus, Hercules.

Your body doesn’t care if you eat less. It just takes the energy in and uses it. Whatever is left becomes stored energy and fat.

Eating less will lead to higher chances of binge eating and a bad relationship with food.

When you start to eat well you will realise that good nutritious foods will give you more energy and fullness, leading to more weight and fat loss.
