#BreakfastTips:Oatmeal for breakfast

I hate boring breakfast and I want you to realize how versatile oatmeal bowls can be. I know many of us are  used to the plain old oatmeal or those that come in instant packs. It can be boring joor! But have you tried cooking oatmeal a little differently? Here are a top tips:⠀

✓start with good quality oats. Old fashioned rolled oats are relatively quick to cook⠀
✓cook with milk (cows milk or milk alternative that’s up to you). This adds protein and creaminess⠀
✓add a pinch of salt. This brings out the flavor of the oats⠀
✓cook for a couple minutes until done, but not too overdone and mushy. ⠀
✓this is the best part: top with your favorite toppings. Add nuts and seeds, dried or fresh fruit, hemp seeds, chia or flaxseeds, cocoa nibs, peanut butter, jam, coconut flakes or any other topping or combination you like. ⠀
✓experiment with a new oatmeal bowl variation every week⠀
✓enjoy the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast that’s filling and satisfying. ⠀
