I’m currently eating high protein/low carb two times a week. The amount of food will vary for everyone but the aim is to have protein and healthy fats in all meals with lots of greens but limit starchy carbs.
I have black coffee when fasting and I find drinking plenty of water makes a HUGE difference to hunger levels so if you often overeat then maybe look into your hydration.

I have more fruit on my higher carb days. I never have fruit juices when aiming for fat loss though and always opt for whole fruit.
Nuts are great with lots of healthy fat BUT easy to overdo so I try not to snack on them.
