Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered milk or coconut milk

1/2 cup ground oats

1/2 cup dried rose petals

15–20 drops essential oil of choice (optional)

Medium/large muslin tea bag Instructions

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix in 15–20 drops of essential oil (if using) to the Himalayan pink salt.

2. Mix in ground oats, powdered milk, and dried rose petals. Stir to combine.
3. Add the rose petal milk bath mixture into a jar or bottle of choice. Use a funnel if needed.
4. Shake the jar to make sure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
5. Let the mixture sit for about 12–24 hours to allow all of the ingredients to mingle and

infuse their natural scent into the powdered milk and salt.
6. When ready to use, take a large muslin tea bag and add about ¼–½ cup of the rose petal milk bath

mixture into it. Tie the strings under the faucet of running water or throw the tea bag straight into the

hot bath. Enjoy!

Combine powders in a bowl and stir to blend. Store finished powder in an airtight container.

To use, mix 2 tablespoons powder with small amount of water to make a paste.

1 cup coarse sea salt

1/4 cup baking soda

10 drops sweet orange essential oil

5 drops geranium rose essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend. Transfer to small mason jars and tuck a muslin cloth bag or two on top before securing the lids. To use, pour some of the bath salt into a bag and toss into the tub as it fills with warm water.
