2. EAT A PLANT HEAVY DIET - I'm not telling you to go full vegan here, but incorporating more plants in your diet can have a great impact on your longevity, and to keep your weight and heart health in check.
3. STAY ACTIVE AND EXERCISE - This doesn't mean you need to head to the gym every day for an hour. Something as simple as a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day can help to reduce the risk of diabetes, health disease and several forms of cancer.
4. GET ENOUGH SLEEP - I know that it can sometimes be hard to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night with everything that life throws your way, but getting enough sleep can effect everything from your metabolism to your hormones.
