REASONS YOU CAN’ STOP OVEREATING

Overeating every now and again at social occasions is something most of us will do.
These times should be enjoyed and so long as you get right back to plan you my friends are golden.

However regular non controlled overeating episodes will affect weight loss progress and on a more serious note if you are experiencing these regularly it's super important you figure out work out why and consider seeking help if you can’ deal with it alone.
Let's look at the possible culprits
Rigger foods -
Don't fib to yourself if you can't eat just a portion then seriously stay away!!
This is one of the few situations that I suggest cutting a food group out.
Oredom
Having time to chill out is important but boredom or having too much time on your hands can lead to picking at food so busy yourself.
Xtreme dieting
Newsflash this is not sustainable for long term success.
It will leave you miserable and you are way more likely to have episodes of overeating which could leave you with a squiffed relationship with food
Oing too long in-between meals -
This leads to potentially impaired judgement when it comes to choices and portions.
Get to know your body and set up a meal pattern
Otivation
This is a flighty thing and why it's important to build habits to ensure that when the motivation falters you still have the power to not fall apart.
Build up meal habits and try to identify the situation or emotion that leads to the overeating once you know this the power is immediately back in your hands.
Our environment is a temptress trap
Clear cupboards of temptress foods, surround your self with supportive people.
The vicious circle of using food as a reward and punishment.
Food is fuel and to be enjoyed but always using it as rewards won’ lead to a healthy relationship with  motions .
These are powerful but it’ important not to let them be your driver.
