WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR MEN AND WOMEN

Do these things and you will see results, whether you're a man or a woman:

1. Eat on Calorie deficit.
2. Increase heat by walking during the day, using the stairs and moving more in general.
3.Sleep 7-9 Hours every night.
4.Focus on large compound movement and increase weight lifted or rep performed each session.
5. Straight train 3-5 days a week.
6. Eat food from variety of sources including fruits, wholegrains,legumes and veggies.
7. Drink leafy teas and herbal coffees atleast twice a day.
8. Be consistent with the above activities, monitor your progress and see how well you will lose.
9. Those who cannot do exercise should consume more detox teas and eat the foods recommended.
My people, men and women don't need to do anything differently when it comes to losing weight!
