#DIY: How To Make Anti-inflammatory Bath Tea and Others

I do this a lot for my guests, clients and love ones and they feel health, young and rejuvenated immediately.

Ingredients:
⅓ oz. dried ginger (Zingiber officinale)
⅓ oz. dried lemon zest
⅓ oz. dried orange peels
2 cups Epsom salts
1/2 cup of activated charcoal (optional)
1 quart water
Lavender and chamomile essential oils
Directions
In a pan on the stovetop, add the ginger and dried orange peels to the water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add the lemon peels and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid through a tea strainer, cheesecloth, or an old, clean shirt.
Add the tea directly to a full, warm bath, and add the Epsom salts and oils.  Relax in the bath and sip a cup of joint and bone Wellness tea from @chibtox tea and wellness shop and feel your aches and pains drift away.
