Happy New Year awesome readers. We bring to you a beautiful minutes read article from Dr. Axe, the co-founder, Ancient Nutrition, and this first day of 2020, he has given us 7 simple steps to turn our visualizations into reality.

Dr. Axe believes that Visualization works. He says from Olympic-level swimmers to kids performing in school plays, experiencing your success begins with seeing it — long before anyone else does.

According to Dr. |Axe, visualization not only helped him transform his business in a way that allowed him to reach and help millions of people, but it also brought him the woman of his dreams.

And he can’t wait to see how it creates more time, freedom and abundance in our lives, too.

1.   Practice Visualization
Take just a few minutes a day to sit down and start visualizing your perfect life. Think about what these 5 areas of your life would look like in an ideal world...

A. Your physical health
B. Spiritual life
C. Professional and financial life
D. Recreational life
E. Personal life

2.   Journal
Once you visualize what the 5 categories above look like in your perfect life, it’s time to document those visions in a special doc on your computer or in a journal. Putting it down on paper or in a file is key and makes us more accountable.

3.   Set Goals
Now, it’s time to get specific. For example, do you want to run or walk your first 5K? Increase your salary to a specific number? Volunteer for something near and dear to your heart that you just haven’t been making time for?

Be sure to set a time and a date along with the goal. To keep you inspired, set long- and short-term goals.

4.   Create a Vision Board
This is the fun part where you can look through old magazines and print out pictures to turn your visions and words into posterboard-sized inspiration. Once finished, place your vision board in a place where you’ll see it every day.

5.   Strategize
You have your goal. Now how are you going to get there? Write down the details of your strategy. If you want to run or walk your first 5K, how will you work up to that point in a healthy, sustainable way? How many days will you train? What does your diet look like?

6.   Set Your Schedule It’s accountability time. Schedule out your strategy in your calendar to carve out time to let your dreams unfold. If you’re not scheduling it, you’re missing a critical piece of the puzzle.


7.   Take Action
Once you take these 7 simple steps, I think you’ll be blown away by the level of success you'll see.
