- 1 cup organic goji (lycii) berries
- 4 cups water (divided)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed organic lemon juice
- 1 tsp. organic ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- Organic maple syrup or sweetener of choice, to taste
DIRECTIONS:⠀
1) In a blender, soak berries in 1 cup water for 30 minutes or more.
2) Add 2 more cups water and blend until smooth.
3) Strain liquid through cotton muslin bag. Discard pulp.
4) Blend strained liquid with rest of water and remaining ingredients.
5) Serve over ice and enjoy!
