Signs of Ovulation

Ovulation is an individualized experience,  it differs from woman to woman.
Menstruation is a shamanic tool of transformation for calling back all parts of ourselves.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
During the premenstrual phase we begin to feel the call within to our inner landscape. This phase clears our creative channel by digging up emotions and energy that are stagnant and need to be witnessed. This is why during this phase you may feel more emotional than usual. Don't dismiss your feelings. They are a guide to what is being held on to that needs to be expressed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If we consciously follow this thread and fully embody and express these emotions, during menstruation we can allow them to be emptied out and released from our body and energy field.

Our pelvis, particularly our womb, ovaries and cervix hold the imprint of our ancestors. The imprint of our matrilineal line is held within our mitochondrial DNA and is passed down generation after generation without change. This makes menstruation a powerful time of transformation and alchemy to heal the wounds of our lineage as well as our own. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Menstruation is the most potent root medicine we hold. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
When we treat menstruation as the sacred time that it is we can experience the creative power and ecstasy of our cycle. Menstruation can become a sacred ritual of honoring the divine within ourselves.
