Recipe For Chamomile With Lavender Blueberry Smoothie

An herbal smoothie features chamomile and lavender, both of which soothe digestion and calm nerves. You can add aromatic active essential oils that contain compounds like azulene and terpenes, which aid in their therapeutic benefits and contribute to their uplifting scent. In order to contain these essential oils, we suggest steeping your herbs with a saucer or Tea Buddy on top. This process helps you to achieve the perfect cup of herbal tea to make your smoothie.
In addition to featuring nervous system-supporting herbs,  includes magnesium powder to restore healthy mineral levels. Many people have low levels of magnesium, which makes it difficult for the body to carry out simple everyday functions.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bags Chamomile with Lavender tea
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1.5 Tbsp Coconut Mana (Coconut Manna is an incredibly tasty, whole superfood made of pure, dried coconut flesh).
  • 2 dried dates
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp  magnesium powder (agnesium and calcium are fundamental nutrients that need to be in balance with each other in order for you to fully experience good health. Their importance on a cellular level is critical. Calcium and magnesium are like opposite sides of a coin. Calcium excites nerves, while magnesium calms them down. Calcium makes muscles contract.   • Fresh lavender and chamomile flowers, optional garnish
  • Ice, to taste
  • Instructions:
    1. Boil water, and prepare two bags of Chamomile with Lavender tea in one cup of water. Cover with  a saucer, so all the herbal medicine infuses into the cup. Steep the tea for 10 minutes, squeeze the bag of excess tea, and compost the bags.
    2. Once cooled, add your tea and all ingredients into the blender.
    3. Blend, pour, serve, and relax!
